Regulations RENOVATION RUN 2023 ONLINE
Date: June 10 – June 25 , 2023
“RENOVATION RUN 2023 ONLINE” (hereinafter – Race Series) is held to support Ukraine and raise funds for the renovation of Ukrainian cities that have suffered greatly as a result of armed aggression by russia. The funds raised will be donated to Charity foundations, which provide assistance in rebuilding cities. The order of transfer of funds to charitable foundations:
10% of the profit from the registration fee for the Race Series will be donated to charitable foundations. Funds will be transferred to fund accounts after the completion of each stage within the Race Series.

DOBROBAT is a volunteer building division.
NGO “Run Ukraine” serves as the Race Organizer.
The Organizer establishes an Organizing Committee from among its own staff, as well as engages sport-specific specialists from various sports.
The Organizing Committee consists of:
- Race Director, Chernitskyi D.L.
- Chief Judge of the Race, Tretiakov I.O.
- Secretary of the Race Degtyareov A.M.

Admission of participants to the Race is subject to payment of the starting package.
Please, notice!
- Only participants aged 18 or older are admitted to the course of 21.0975 km. The age of a participant is determined according to NGO “Run Ukraine” Race Rules.
All registered participants are responsible for their own lives and health, for the race, and sign a statement.
A participant chooses a route at his/her own discretion.
The route (final track) for 21 km has to include a distance of 21 km 97.5 meters or more.
The route (final track) for 10 km has to include a distance of 10 km or more.
The route (final track) for Free distance does not need to have a track.
Race of shorter distance is not taken into account.
Participants are allowed to enter the Race provided proper and timely registration for the Race. Registration is available online on the Organizer’s website https://onlinerunning.runukraine.org/en
Online registration of participants for RENOVATION RUN 2023 ONLINE for all stages is open until 26.06.2022, time 10:00 (in case of free slots are available).
The Race Organizer has the right to suspend or completely close the registration without any prior notification in case of reaching an established limit of participants.
A participant is considered registered if an application is filled out and the entry fee is paid. The registration fee paid by a participant is non-refundable no matter the circumstances, including but not limited to: a participant is unable to participate in the Race, complete the course of choice or finish it within the given time limits, in case of disqualification or if the Race is canceled due to force majeure circumstances, etc. The registration is considered canceled in case the submitted data is inaccurate and/or false. In case of registration cancellation, the entry fee is not refunded. Paid registration can not be canceled, entry fees are non-refundable.
The cost of the entry fee for the course of 10 km (online with a metal medal) is 890 UAH for NGO members, and the basic fee is 890 UAH;
The cost of the entry fee for the course of 21 km (online with a metal medal)is 890 UAH for NGO members, and the basic fee is 890 UAH;
The cost of the entry fee for the course of free distance (online with a metal medal) is 890 UAH for NGO members, and the basic fee is 890 UAH;
The cost of the entry fee for the course of free distance (online with a virtual medal) is 450 UAH for NGO members, and the basic fee is 450 UAH;
The money transfer commission is not included in the entry fee amount stated above. Entry fee payment is to be made online using the Organizer’s website https://runukraine.org.
The “starter pack” of a participant on the courses of 10 km, 21 km, and Free distance (online with a metal medal) :
- the electronic starting number of the participant with the name;
- participant’s medal (the medal is sent within a month from the last date of the race in case of overcoming the entire distance in the days of the Race);
- participant’s diploma in the Personal Account;
The “starter pack” of a participant on the course of Free distance (online with a virtual medal) :
- the electronic starting number of the participant with the name;
- participant’s digital medal (for the courses with a digital medal) (the medal is available in the participant’s personal profile within 3 days from the date of the Race provided the participant finished the course within the event dates and correctly submitted results;
- participant’s diploma in the Personal Account;
After the race, a participant has to send an email to registration@runukraine.org with a link or a screenshot of the run track. Letters are accepted within 3 calendar days after the last day of the Race for this distance. Dates are specified in paragraph 4.
The costs of delivery of medals by Nova Poshta in Ukraine are included in the Registration Fee.
International delivery costs 500 UAH.
No award ceremony.
